After successfully participating in our holiday office party, I decided it was important to let all those other offices out there how to get it done right. In honor of people probably not caring (given that most parties have already occurred) I made this blog into short and sweet list (with pictures too, for those who appreciate picture books).
# 1 : Let the staff decorate a tree
# 2: Update your logo so people don’t get confused as to why they’re there.
# 3: Take a group photo to remind yourself Throughout the Year
# 4: Participate in a gift exchange with a $5 limit
In the end, a holiday party is about having fun, and getting to know your co-workers on a more social level. Some additional quick tips – don your favorite holiday sweater, provide some goodies (sugar cookies are my favorite), plan some games, and most importantly – leave the mess for someone else to clean. You might want to favorite this post so that you can refer back in 340 some odd days. Happy Holidays from the Londes team!
