In 2014, we became a completely remote agency in an effort to source a greater pool of talent, bring together like-minded digital marketing professionals, and promote a culture of healthy work-life balance. Our flexible setup allows our group of talented, experienced professionals to exchange and improve ideas, specialize in what they do best, and produce work for clients that exceeds expectations.

Balance is import to us, and our remote setup allows us to attract quality talent while also providing a flexible lifestyle. So while you probably won't "meet" the team, you can still get to know the faces behind the screens.

    Jelte ten Holt is a digital nomad (though he prefers travelancer) who vagabonds around the world and writes from her many corners. He's written for a wide variety of fields, including academia, television, fantasy, SEO, marketing and blogs (to name but a few). He travels because humanity – with all its foibles and all its victories – fascinates him. This is true not just in the big scheme of things, but in the nitty gritty as well. And when something fascinates you, you study it, you read about it, you spend time on it, you try to understand it. Our species it too complex and what we know too diverse for anybody to truly call themselves an expert on it all. That said, he would contest that - with his social psychology degree, his broad interests and his global experiences (he's lived in a dozen countries and been traveling for four years) – he knows more than most. More importantly, he understands what he doesn’t know, which is possibly even more important if you don't want to sound like an idiot.

    I have over 15 years of experience in marketing design and development, starting with graphic design and evolving to rich media development and animation. I love to bring static imagery into motion. I also enjoy playing guitar, but I'm not yet good at it :)

    After creating his first website at 14, Mike hasn't looked back. He received a BA in Economics and an MBA concentrating in marketing and finance, both from Rochester Institute of Technology. Combining his quantitative education with a creative approach to online marketing, Mike helps the LDM team focus on developing creative solutions that provide long-term ROI for clients. In his spare time, Mike enjoys weaving latch-hook rugs, boondoggle, and making turkeys out of hand tracings.

    My name is Antonio Stojceski and I’m web designer from Macedonia who specializes in designing modern and intuitive websites. I have been in the field for nearly 3 years, working remotely and loving each moment of it. My main focus is designing user interfaces and sometimes doing the front-end development using the latest technologies of HTML/CSS/JS. When I’m not working I’m usually at gym, hanging out with friends or playing pool.
